Welcome to the Leadership Learning Environment (LLE).

The Leadership Learning Environment provides access to a wide range of facilitated online programmes, e-supported Programmes and Leadership resources.

Existing or new registered users can self-enrol in the Free online leadership course area. Once enrolled, you will automatically have access to a range of other leadership and management areas. Please note that you cannot access the other free areas until you have enrolled yourself on the Free online leadership course area. Once you have done so, the other free areas (including Safeguarding and Safer recruitment) will appear on your home page in the central block entitled 'My courses'.

If you are already a registered user, you can continue to use your existing user name and password to enrol on the Free online leadership course area in addition to the areas you already have access to. Here is the link to the Free online leadership course area for registered users.  

Please note: The only course you can self-enrol on is the Free online leadership course area. Once you are a member of this, you will have access to the free areas. Most of the programme areas on the LLE are only available to participants who have been enrolled via the normal LSIS enrolment procedures.

Please could you also update your profile as soon as possible. You can do this by clicking your user name at the top of the screen. Editing your profile allows you to change settings which we cannot set for you, such as who can see your email address and how you wish to receive forum email alerts, as well as keeping your other details up to date.

The Leadership Toolkits Team is pleased to announce that we are piloting a new staff development workshop that will explore a range of techniques for successfully using technology to engage and develop your staff, and to share effective practice.
