- This programme is based around video case studies made with five FE colleges in the UK participating in partnership working. By studying the challenges and outcomes of their partnership projects, in modules 1-4, we aim to help you address: What the benefits of partnership working are for you; how well are you doing; how you could do better.

Shaping my future features seven modules containing guidance and activities to help individuals plan their career development. The results of the activities automatically populate a personal development plan that can be used for goal setting and career planning, and can be updated whenever necessary. - The 7th strand- promoting trans equality. This is an innovative training and development resource aimed at supporting providers in the Learning and Skills sector in extending their equality practices to include trans gender equality.
