The programme is designed to develop leadership capacity, raise aspiration and confidence. It recognises diversity as an asset that adds value to high-quality sector leadership, providing a supportive environment within which to examine sector policies, management and leadership approaches and how to thrive as a black and minority ethnic (BME) professional
  • This is the 'parent' or shared course area for the First Steps to Leadership programme. All participants on the programme have access to this area. It contains materials, documentation and resources that are generic across all courses. Materials that are only relevant for you course will be included in your course programme area.
