This is the Introduction to Leadership programme area for the London January 2010 cohort. 
The programme has been developed to assist BME staff in gaining the confidence and skills required to progress into their first leadership and management role. - This area is for facilitators on the Introduction to Leadership programmes.
- Introduction to Leadership is a positive action programme for BME staff developed by the Centre for Excellence (CEL) to address the needs of ambitious BME staff in the sector who wish to develop the confidence and skills required to progress into their first leadership and management role. Participants will enabled and empowered to progress on to the leadership ladder, with the confidence to recognise that their diversity, ethnicity and race are assets to their organisations, to the sector and to their own personal progression
