The aim of this module is to guide you through the process of developing your own personal and professional development portfolio, which reflects the professionalism of your practice.

The module is split into two units.  Unit one provides an overview of what personal and professional development is and the importance of creating and maintaining a portfolio.  Unit 2 is a series of activities which enable you to develop and maintain all elements of your portfolio.
